1: What is the dress code?
We request our guests adhere to our dress code of elegant, smart casual attire. Please note sportswear, baseball caps and beachwear are not permitted.
Yes, almost all our restaurants take bookings. However, during busy times and public holidays, its walk-ins only. We only allow a 15mins grace period for reservations; unfortunately, once 15mins is passed, it will be cancelled.
Yes, all our meats are halal. HMC approved.
There is on-street parking outside and on immediate side streets.
Fortunately, we have handpicked our locations in Tooting & Southall, just yards away from the local mosque.
As a company we recognize the importance of the safe management of allergens and the serious effect they can have on certain individuals. Therefore, we go above and beyond what is legally required and have clear and transparent policies in place to deal with handling allergens and a strict auditing process to ensure that these policies are fully complied with in all our restaurants.
Our full menu clearly signposts people who suffer from allergies to our allergen specific menu. Our restaurant staff is fully trained and has printed detailed allergen tables. This information is also published online here so customers can decide before they dine with us.

We offer group reservations (subject to availability). However, on weekends, group bookings are subject to a strict time frame which we advise at the time of booking. Customers are requested to adhere to those timings. Please call the branch for more information.
We are able to hold a table for up to 15 minutes from your reservation time; once 15 mins are passed, we may allocate your table to the guests waiting in the queue. We have a strict policy regarding the time frame for each booking. Therefore, we require the table to be ready for the next booking.

Yes, we do; however, we only accept a maximum of two split payments for group bookings.
Whether you’ve gone meat-free or you’re just a bit curious, there’s plenty of meat-free (vegetarian) options to choose from.
